My Venus was commissioned for a present to a husband. She chose the pose and I felt it needed a good title. I felt it encompassed the greatest liberation in the history of humanity. Freeing the "goddess of love" from an endless round of childbirth, giving her a choice if and when to have her children. This happened in my lifetime but we have a long way to go before it can be said to apply to all humanity.
